Two celebrations are getting under way, as Double Happiness prepares for its Chinese New Year special, including their Fortune New Year Salad, which promises a blessing of felicity, prosperity, longevity, luck and happiness. Also on the menu for the New Year is crispy golden chicken (Pi Pa) and golden duck, as well as delightfully large steamed scallops served in an XO sauce. The Chinese New Year will be celebrated from January 23rd through February 23rd.
