TO ENCORE’S BEST-OF 2009. The Annual Best-Of Contest gives our
readers a chance to voice their opinions on the best places to go and
cultural events to see and do in the Wilmington area.

To make the Best-Of as fair as possible, please consider these additional
guidelines: Don’t fill in the name of any business more than three
times. This is to discourage people from filling out ballots with one
business listed in every category in a lame effort to vote.
