October 26 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every day that begins at 7:30 pm, repeating until October 26, 2019

From Pineapple-Shaped Lamps, chosen as the Best Comedy Troupe in Wilmington by the readers of Encore Magazine for two consecutive years, comes a brand-new, spooky sketch comedy show, just in time for Halloween! PSL proudly presents LAUGHING IN THE DARK, directed by Jordan Vogt, taking place at the Ruth & Bucky Stein Theater in Historic Thalian Hall this October 24-26!

Created in the PSL Writers Room, lead by Head Writer Lucy O’Brien, this show features a terrifying abundance of new original material written by Matt Carter, Meghan Cook, Devin DiMattia, Chris Warren, and Brett J. Young.  LAUGHING IN THE DARK features campfire stories, a witch trial gone wrong, monster dating games, a murder most foul, and—perhaps most terrifying of all—product placement from a prominent fast-food franchise!

Laughing In The Dark will run October 24th – 26th at the Ruth & Bucky Stein Theatre, Thalian Hall, located at 310 Chestnut Street in downtown Wilmington. Showtimes are 7:30pm.  Tickets are $15 general admission, $10 for students/seniors/military.  Tickets are available now at or in person at the Thalian Hall Box Office. Please be advised this show does contain strong language and adult content.
