The Italian Bistro is a family owned, full service Italian restaurant & pizzeria located in the Porters Neck area. We offer a wide variety of N.Y. style thin crust pizza and homemade Italian dishes seven days a week!

Clams Casino – Pepper, bacon, shallot oreganata style with crème fraische and lemon

Bruschetta – Diced roma tomato, basil and onion over toasted garlic italian bread with melted homemade fresh mozzarella

Calamari – Flash fried calamari served with spicy or mild marinara

Prosciutto Wrapped Burrata – Homemade fresh mozzarella with a creamy center wrapped in prosciutto di parma

COURE TWO: CHOOSE TWO

Mixed Greens Salad – Fresh greens, cherry tomato, cucumber, red onion, carrot, black olives with choice of dressing

Caesar Salad – Romaine hearts, homemade croutons, shredded parmesan & homemade Casesar dressing

Rustic Salad – Mixed greens, candied pecans, anjous pears & blue cheese crumbles tossed in a roasted shallot vinaigrette

COURSE THREE: CHOOSE TWO

Lasagna Napolitana – Layered pasta with seasoned ground beef baked with homemade marinara and blended Italian cheeses

Chick Parmigiana – Parmesan and bread crumb encrusted chicken breast doused with homemade marinara and mozzarella cheese finished with parmesan

Putannesca – Onions, olives, capers, cherry tomato, peas, mushrooms, tomato & white wine broth, garlic, fresh basil with choice of pasta

Bolognese – Burgundy wine seared beef with carrot and onion brunoise finished with marinara

Chianti Cozze – Whole clams, shrimp, prosciutto, cherry tomato, onion, green bell peppers, basil, garlic, Chianti butter broth over fettuccine

COURSE FOUR: CHOOSE ONE

Flourless Chocolate Torte – Vanilla crème anglaise and fresh berry

Tiramisu – Lady fingers dipped in espresso with a mascarpone cheese and flavored with cocoa, topped with powdered sugar and drizzled with chocolate syrup

Zeppole – Deep fried dough balls with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup
