Jackson’s barbecue pork is slowly cooked every night to be fresh for you every day. We use a balance of mild seasonings and traditional vinegar base to give the authentic and pleasing flavor to pork barbecue known only in Eastern North Carolina. That’s why we’ve consistently won Encore Magazine’s “Best of Wilmington” Award for Best Barbecue year after year.

We offer full service catering from set up to clean up. Or, if you prefer, we’ll drop off your order or you can come to us for pick. We’ll have it hot and ready. Can’t get enough of the Jackson’s Big Oak taste? Take home a bottle of our signature vinegar-based barbecue sauce. Open Mon. – Sat. 10:30 a.m. – 8:45 p.m. Closed Sundays and Holidays.
