COURSE ONE – CHOOSE ONE:
Jalapeño Poppers – Six cream-cheese-filled jalapeños, breaded, baked and served with a side of Jax housemade ranch
Spinach and Artichoke Dip – Fresh spinach combined with cream cheese, artichoke hearts, garlic, and a few other secret ingredients, served hot with garlic crostini.
Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato – Slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato topped with capers, salt, black pepper, balsamic glaze, olive oil, and fresh basil, served with garlic crostini.
Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs (4) – Our house specialty. Deviled eggs infused and topped with Nova Scotia smoked salmon and garnished with a kosher dill pickle wedge.
COURSE TWO – CHOOSE ONE TO SHARE:
Craft Sandwiches: We use all Boar’s Head brand deli sliced meats and cheese paired with fresh baked breads and locally sourced produce to skillfully craft our signature sandwiches.
The Legend – Genoa salami, cappicola, ham, prosciutto, provolone cheese, mixed greens, tomato and red onion, on a toasted sub roll, with mayo and our house dressing.
Club Jax – Mesquite turkey, ham, bacon, cream cheese, mixed greens, and tomato on three slices of toasted sourdough with mayo.
French Dip – Garlic-seasoned top round roast beef served hot with provolone cheese and red onions on a toasted sub roll, served with a side of house made Guinness au jus for dipping.
Famous Pita Pizzas: All pizzas are skillfully crafted on hand made pita bread that bake up thin and crispy. Every pizza begins with a lite extra virgin olive oil base.
Pepperoni Pizza – Marinara base with provolone and Swiss cheese, topped with large slices of pepperoni and spiced just right.
Fig and Gorgonzola Pizza – Figs, gorgonzola, smoked Gouda, grape tomato, sun-dried tomatoes and red onions, finished with a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze.
Crab Cake Pizza – Maryland style lump crab cakes with smoked Gouda, sliced tomato, sun-dried tomato, bacon, and Old Bay, finished with a savory remoulade drizzle.
