Fried Collard Greens — That’s right! Deep fried collards, seasoned with Chef Brad’s BBQ rub

Pimento Cheese — Made with roasted red peppers and Ashe County sharp cheddar, served with local N.C. flatbread crackers

Sweet Potato Biscuits — Homemade biscuits with N.C. sweet potatoes and a touch of brown sugar, served with honey cinnamon cream cheese


Chicken & Waffles — Chef Brad’s award-winning true Belgian pearl waffle, topped with a golden fried chicken breast, wrapped in candied bacon and served with bourbon-barrel stout syrup, and choice of a side.

Shrimp & Grits — Well, kiss my grits! N.C. yellow grits with chef’s low-country bacon and thyme cream sauce, topped with blackened jumbo shrimp and choice of side

Eastern N.C. Pulled Pork — If you’re from around these parts, this is the BBQ for you, served with cole slaw and fries
