Here at Savorez, the name says it all: flavor. Our team has worked to create delicious dishes and drinks drawing from traditional Latin-American cuisine while still utilizing fresh, local ingredients. Come enjoy a colorful and unique dining experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.  Located just a few blocks away from the main stretch of downtown Wilmington, Savorez aims to combine fresh local flavors with a little Latin heat in a modern urban environment. Hours are Mon. – Fri., 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Sat., 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.; and Sun., 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

COURSE ONE – CHOOSE ONE:

Sweet Potato Guacamole – Creamy blend of roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, Holly Grove Farms jalapeño goat cheese, roasted grape tomatoes, green onions, basil, and garlic

Guacamole Classic combination of avocado, tomatillo, red bell, yellow onion, and cilantro

Black Bean-Bacon Dip Warm mix of bacon, black beans, yellow onion, poblano, cumin, and cilantro

COURSE TWO – CHOOSE ONE:

Carne Con Ancho Ancho chile-rubbed teres major muscle, pan-seared, and served over ancho-balsamic BBQ sauce, fluffy fried arepa, caramelized onions, gruyere, roasted grape tomatoes, and arugula

Shrimp N Grits Latin twist on a Southern classic features pan-seared shrimp over chorizo gravy, goat cheese “polenta” jalapeño-lime pea tendrils, pickled corn, black beans, and roasted grape tomatoes

Quinoa Flounder Local catch breaded in quinoa and pan fried, served over sweet potato-chipotle mash, coconut braised greens, and salsa fresca

COURSE THREE – CHOOSE ONE:

Coconut Crème Brûlée Sweet coconut custard, caramelized and topped with fresh pineapple, hibiscus syrup and mint

Guava Empanada Sweet blend of guava and cream cheese, rolled in pie dough, deep fried, and served with a pineapple chutney and strawberry gastrique
