3-COURSE LUNCH: $15 PER PERSON

COURSE ONE – CHOOSE ONE:

Caldo Tlalpeno Soup – Chipotle-tomato broth, chicken, chickpeas, green beans, and cilantro

Tortilla Soup – Creamy base and pasilla chile, topped with queso, crema, avocado, and tortillas

Sopa de Frijol Negro Soup – Epazote (Mexican tea), ancho chile and plantain, topped with queso fresco, crema, avocado, and tortillas

COURSE TWO – CHOOSE ONE:

Chimichanga – Choice of meat and cheese, deep-fried and topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and crema Mexicana

Three Street Tacos – Soft flour tortillas, filled with choice of meat, onions and cilantro, served with traditional arroz Mexicano and charro beans

Chicken Divorciadas – Three chicken enchiladas, topped with salsa verde, guajillo enchilada sauce, crema, lettuce, pico de gallo, and pickled onion

Shredded Beef Enchiladas  – Topped with entomatada sauce, crema, lettuce, and pickled onion

COURSE THREE – CHOOSE ONE:

Churros – Deep-fried pastry-based sticks, coated in cinnamon and drizzled with warm chocolate

Tres Leches – Soft sponge cake, soaked in three milks, brandy and vanilla

3-COURSE DINNER: $20 PER PERSON

COURSE ONE – CHOOSE ONE:

Cactus Fries – Freshly fried cactus (nopales) paddles, served with chipotle aioli dip

Flautas – Rolled-up tortillas and filled with chicken tinga then fried, topped with salsa morita, lettuce, crema, pico de gallo, and guacamole.

Queso Dip – Rajas de poblano, served with totopos

COURSE TWO – CHOOSE ONE:

Chile Relleno Norteño – Roasted poblano chile-stuffed with arrachera steak, caramelized onion and queso chipotle, served with entomatada and poblano sauces and side of traditional arroz Mexicano and refried beans

Shimp Enchiladas – Three tortillas rolled around a filling of shrimp, tres quesos and rajas, topped with entomatada sauce and served with a side of arroz verde and plantains

Tamale Oaxaqueño – Corn dough steamed in banana leaf, filled with chicken, topped with mole negro and served with arroz blanco, charro beans and house-made tortillas

COURSE THREE – CHOOSE ONE:

Churros – Deep-fried pastry-based sticks, coated in cinnamon and drizzled with warm chocolate

Tres Leches   Soft sponge cake-soaked in three milks, brandy and vanilla

Flan de Café – Coffee-flavored custard, with caramel  and topped with whipped cream
